Some cool geek dug up this little gem on youtube - Sci Fi cosplay in UK in 1982 featured in a news program.
I mean, back then, there wasn't any internet, people just came up with outfits by themselves and well, geek wasn't exactly cool or looked on as cool back then but still, I gotta take my hat off to those guys who slapped together awesome looking costumes like these.
